The 'Nebraska Prohibit Abortions After the First Trimester Amendment' is on the ballot, and if passed in November, it will prohibit abortions after the first trimester unless necessitated by a medical emergency or the pregnancy is a result of sexual assault or incest. 

Vote YES on Nebraska's Right to Abortion Initiative!  

Nebraska also has an anti-abortion initiative to confuse the voters.  Be sure to also vote NO on Nebraska's 'Prohibit Abortions After the 1st Trimester Amendment' as this measure will ban abortion in the state.  If both measures pass, then it depends on which measure gets the most YES votes that will rule.  

Vote YES on 'Right to Abortion...' and NO on 'Prohibit Abortions...'!
